International Thespian Society Inductions and Festivals
ITS We have two categories of thespians: ITS ThespianGrades 9-12 and Junior Thespians Grades 5-8
On Dec. 10, we will induct all new thespians during our thespian showcase event.
The State Thespian Festival is January 22-24. Registration will begin soon. The Junior Festival is on February 28.
The International Thespian Society is the only theatre honor society for middle and high school students in the United States. Affiliation brings credibility and distinction to students, theatre programs, and schools. It is a visible, positive symbol of the quality of your theatre program.
ITS recognizes, rewards, and encourages student achievement, celebrating the work of students in all aspects of theatre – from performance to production. Each student is honored on a national level and gains access to opportunities and resources that extend beyond those available at their school. ITS works hard to provide many opportunities for college exposure and scholarships.
If you have participated in at least two CES shows, you may qualify for induction.
