Off the Page Studios is Calling for Cast and Crew!
CES students Grades 5-8 will now have the chance to learn what it’s like to make a movie! Our workshop will teach students the basics of film acting and will give them a chance to take a peek at what it means to be a movie director, producer, writer, director of photography, and more.
Cast
We will introduce students to film acting techniques, including scene study, camera awareness, and character development. Emphasis will be placed on how to study a script and authentic listening/reacting skills. Whether they have previous acting experience or not, there’s lots to learn!
Crew
Students will learn about film production and have the chance to step into the role of director or screenwriter, set designer or director of photography, and more. Then, they will put their skills to work and have the opportunity to create a short film of their own!
